All projects require advance payment, deposit, or full payment as agreed.
Payments must be made through approved methods (bank transfer, card, online invoice, etc.).
Work will begin only after the required payment is received.
Delayed payments may cause project delays.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
Each service/package includes a specific number of revisions.
Additional changes beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.
Major modifications, new features, or design changes after approval are considered new work.
Delivery time varies per project and depends on client responsiveness.
Grafix-Lab is not responsible for delays caused by late feedback, missing content, or third-party providers.
Final files will be delivered in agreed formats once full payment is completed.
Clients must provide:
Accurate details about their business
Required content (text, images, login credentials, brand assets)
Timely feedback and approvals
Grafix-Lab will not be responsible for issues resulting from incomplete information provided by the client.
All designs, concepts, and content created by Grafix-Lab remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
After full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables is transferred to the client.
Drafts, unused concepts, or rejected designs remain the property of Grafix-Lab.
Clients may not resell, modify, or distribute our work without permission.
Refunds are not provided once work has started.
If a project is cancelled by the client midway, payments already made are non-refundable.
Grafix-Lab may cancel a project at any time if the client violates the terms, is unresponsive, or engages in unethical activity.
Grafix-Lab may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
